Cockpit is painted and assembled. So far this seems to be a very nice kit. Thanks for the look.

Nice looking pit. Just about the right amount of “used” look.

Wow! How do you do it, Jerry? That’s some great stuff. You + the Trumpy 1/32 Me262 = Show Winner. I can’t wait to see more.
Looks alot better than mine, This is gona be one killer build.
Beautiful work again Jerry. From what I have seen elsewhere that kit builds up real nice. Looking forward to seeing more.
Jerry - that’s a beauty. Which kit is it, the 262-2A or 1A? I’ve got a 2A in the stash, and I also picked up the black box resin tub as well. What accessories are you using, if any? Keep the pics coming. This will get me excited for my build! Jon
WOW the office looks GREAT !!!
What scale is this kit ?
What colors did you use to paint it and what did you do to get the weathing to look Sooooo GOOD ?
What, What, What I want to know all hehehhe

Thanks guys,
Jon…this is the A1-a and after looking at the Black Box set, it was obvious they simply copied the kit parts and added some wiring and oxy hose. So…I used the kit office and added those bits myself. The seat is another story. It’s a definite improvement over the kit part, so I used it. Trumpeter does supply PE belts and would probably look pretty good on the kit seat.
Bud…the cockpit is painted with MM RLM 66 enamel. The seat back is MM leather and the harness is Tamiya deck tan. Weathering is no more than a wash and dry brushing.
Thanks again fellas!!

Hey Jerry,
Nice looking pit for sure! Are you going to enter this one in a contest? You should, and not based simply on the pit (even though it looks great)!
Well thank you very much… I chipped a tooth from my jaw dropping to the floor.
That looks AWESOME. Wow. Truly inspirational work, man. That is great.
Wow, that’s some first-class work.
Amazing work! Almost looks real! Wow… I hope my skills get to your level some day. I can’t wait to see more of your build! [8D] [:D]
I finished the gun bay today, but will probably close it up anyway.
Cheers,
Jerry
