Did the rounds of the LHSs today, and saw a notice that Trumpeter’s new 1/32 Me-262 will be out here in Japan in July.
Am I the only one who hadn’t heard about this?
Anyone know more about it?
I seem to recall a 262 was announced along with scores of other 1/32 releases a couple of years back, but this is the first I’ve heard of a solid release date. July!
Someone mentioned it before. When I went to their website I didn’t see anything on there about it.
I knew it was planned, but first I heard of a release date. Any word on the 1/48 Condor or 1/72 F-105 ?

Never knew they were coming out with one. Should be a great kit I hope.
I’m told the 262 will be available in early to mid-July here in the states. Price will be in line with Trumpeter’s other 1/32 kits. Since I’m not really the aircraft guy (that’s Paul Boyer’s job), I’m not really up on release dates, but there’s all sorts of new 1/32 kits coming from Trumpeter. I’ve heard about:
1/32 F-100
1/32 F-8
1/32 A-6 (could be an EA-6, I dunno for sure)
1/32 Me-262
1/32 Ta-152H

I knew about the 262 but if they are doing an F-8 will someone call 911, I think my hearts about to stop[(-D]

The 1/32 262 should be out late July and the 1/32 MiG-29k and M should be out late Dec. 05. I hope the F-8 will not be too long behind. Where is the F-100? It would be a great seller! They also said at the Nurmburg show they will do a 1/35 Br 52 2-10-0 Greman locomotive to go with the Leopold.[:p]

Curses. What is with all this 1/32?!! Has everyone abandoned 1/48? I’m always happy about new releases, and I’d like to think I’m a guy who’s open to all scales, but I am###### verybiased towards 1/48 I will admit… My next favorite is 1/72.
Tankmaster now you now how the 1/32nd scalers felt between 1960 and 2002. But don’t worry Trumpeter has the 1/48th condor and a wyvern on it’s way. [:)]
This news on the 262, F-8, A-6, and loco for the leo will not be welcomed by my wife. But I’m a happy modeler.
