Currently working on a Tracked Tiger late version by Tamiya
I still have lots of weathering to do, still waiting on my pigments and turpentine to come in
You might want to check the base color for your model. It’s well established that your Tiger version was only painted in dark yellow with optional dark green and red-brown camouflage. Good luck w/your Tiger!
My thought was the same as Roy’s–a nice job on that grey finish, but unfortunately, late Tigers were painted in Dark Yellow. Generally anything with zimmerit will be painted in that shade.
Having said that, you did a really nice job on the shading of the grey. Don’t know what you painted it with, but “Simple Green” does a mean, quick job of stripping acrylics in like, a half hour, clean! Hopefully you could paint it in the correct color and have a real contest winner!

Well now, that was quick. The Zimm shows up better, but to my eye it looks out of scale, er - uh too thick. On a real Zimmed vehicle it would be difficult to count all the ridges (as if anyone were counting). Toning down the color a bit would also help quite a lot.
Don’t forget to pay attention to the metal to metal track surfaces and rolling !http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8f/Rolling_on_the_floor.gifcontact areas.
