Touch n Flow not recommended

I just went to order a Touch N Flow from Micro Mart and read the following disclaimer:

“not for use with cyanoacrylates or other thick cements”

I’ve been reading about you guys using this device for your kits and I assumed you were using CA as well. What’s the scoop on using the TnF and CA?

Heavy danger.

The touch n Flow will clog up and quickly, turning it into a useless and expensive stick.

Best to ‘stick’ with the very thin liquid cements!

Those mini-loop aplicators work pretty good. Although, you can make one out a sewing needle and old paint brush handle.

The Touch n Flow is designed for use with liquid adhesives such as Tenax/ProWeld. CA would be good for one time use only & then it would be clogged forever.

There is a similar applicator for CA…it is made of something that CA will not adhere to. I’ve used one, it was labor intensive and required cleaning after use…it was filed away perminently into the trash bin.
