TOS space ship set decals question.

I have 2 sets of TOS Space Ship Set. These 2 were released in 1983. I have aftermarket decals for the heavy cruiser, but will be using kit decals for Klingon and Romulan. Decals in good condition.
Does anyone know if Solvaset is ok for these decals? I’ve heard they are a little thick so I thought Solvaset might be a good option.

Dont know about Solvaset but I use Microsol and it works good on these decals.
