Too little too late for Hurricane modeler

You know how you always think of just the right clever comeback two seconds after you’ve walked away from the jerk who made you mad? There a French term for that (they have a term for everything, of course) which translates to “the wisdom of the staircase” meaning you think of the bon mot after you’ve already started up the stairs.
Well, this pretentious introduction has to do with the fact that I always seem to find the answers to questions on this site days or weeks after they’ll do the person who needs the information any good. Case in point: Remember several weeks ago we were tearing our hair out trying to help a guy come up with the color of the spinner on his Hurricane I, the one with the bee painted on it, the mount of Capt. A.V. Cloves in Nov. 1940? Well, I just received a Sky Decals sheet that has markings for no fewer than 15 different Hurricanes, including Cloves bird with the bee. And they say the spinner is black with a yellow stripe, and I trust this reference. This is the color the builder had guessed from his B&W photo, and now that he has no doubt finished his 'Cane and moved on to other planes, he can rest easy that at least one reference backs him up.
