Yeah,I’ve done that with a DAK Panzer III,one of my best builds except for the backward tracks.

Not as bad a someone a while agon on eBay trying to sell assembled painted “pro built” (!) Churchill fitted with modern twin-rubber-pad tracks from Challenger, Leopard or similar.
They might have been wrong, but have to give him credit for getting them to fit. [:D]
He’d cut off the end connectors to just leave the tread blocks …
