In particular are Dave Thibadeau’s and Sam Lopez’ builds of the Small Soldiers cars - impressive to say the least! You might also try http://jayski.thatsracin.com/index.html - Jayski has most, if not all of the paint schemes run since 1997, As for the question about the Earnhardt bar, IIRC that bar was mandated for the "97 season after Earnhardt’s crash at Talladega in 1996.
