Buildups and sprues of some previously announced items are there too: Tamiya JS-2, Tamiya German Char 1 Bis, DML Tiger I w/zimmerit, and lots of 1/48 Tamiya stuff
…outstanding, I almost built the miserable Maqueete (SP?) Flakpanzer 38 (t) Sdkfz 140 a few months ago—I love this vehicle!!! A lot of these were used in Normandy with the 12th SS…
The Tristar entry into the 38(t) M chassis opens up all kinds of possibility…I wonder if a Marder III M and a Grille M will be coming next? They already have the AFV Club PaK 40 from the Marder III H, so my money would be on the Marder III M being around the corner.
I noticed some big pin marks on the inside faces of the armor, and the fold line on the sides doesn’t look to pretty (although someone may have just used too much glue)
DS tracks…bleah. Maybe ok for beginning and intermediate modelers, but if you’re going for show quality they just don’t cut it. No space whatsoever between the links, more of a scribed line effect. Try the Karaya metal tracks, they are EXCELLENT, even better than Fruils.
Do you really want me to make a joke about not being able to finish what you begin. The number and quality of double entendres rivals the number of variants of the Panzer III and IV. Not to mention your unfortunate use of Stickpusher’s original text.[:D]
This is what happens when you take the time to make rivets and weld seams for the sub-assemblies of the parts that won’t be visible in the final build[:)]
