And expecially Pixilater ( because he usses PE cockpit instruments frequently )…
How do you guys paint these parts?
I mean, for example, the deep surface of the parts have to be grey, and the instruments themself have to be black…
How to do it?
I’ve never used PE before, so some general advice is very welcome…

I’m not quite sure exactly what your question is so if you can be a little more specific as to what you’re trying to achieve then i think you’ll probably get a few more replys.
Basically, PE can be airbrushed or hand painted and they also respond well to washes and dry brushing techniques just like regular plastic kit parts. I hope this helps you in some way.
