If you are at an Airshow in Ohio, indiana or michigan I am usually there in my Cessna O2-A.
Getting my pilot’s license was one of the best things I’ve ever done. If there is any way you can get it!

I’m a Student at Embry-Riddle, Got my private while in high school and working on my multi-engine now. I’m also on the school’s flight team and compete in precision landings. I’d be more than happy to answer any questions.

Unfortunately, no. The airline I flew for mis-managed themselves out of business toward the end of 2003. I haven’t flown since. I miss flying every waking minute, but now I’m getting to do the things with my family that I missed for the last 18 or so years. Seems like a good trade, but if the right opportunity came along, I’d go back to flying in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the kind words DW, I’ll try to make it there! Keepinf the O2-A flying is my way of thanking the veterans for their sacrifice.The O2-A is unique, whether a grunt or a pilot most in Viet Nam had some interaction/knowledge of the bird. Some of the stories the pilots or soldiers tell will raise the hair on the back of your neck. There are fewer airworthy O2’s than P-51’s if you can believe that!
