There are many books: Squadron’s “Tiger in Action”, Osprey’s New Vanguard Series Tiger I and modelling the Tiger I

Osprey Publishing’s “Panzer Modelling” (that’s “modelling” with two “L’s” in good British tradition) is a must-have, in my humble opinion…
Germany’s Tiger Tanks vol 1 and 2 by Jentz and Doyle are the best references out there from a technical viewpoint with excellent scale drawings of all models and good reference pics as well.

A bit of advice
On your title you should add what the post is about, not just Sherman or Tiger
If you see that you have 3 posts called Sherman and 1 called Tiger
Try and add more info in your title
As stated in one of your Sherman posts some one said narrow your Question down
