Tiger Modellers: Why Not Try A Wild Paint Job...

… that looks like the box for Apple’s Mac OS X Tiger:

Black overall, a feathered circle, and a giant metallic X – perhaps centered on the turret and extending to the hull.

I personally would prefer to paint an Apple Mac OS X Tiger in Dunklegelb over a Red Oxide primer with a camoflage pattern in Olive Green and brown…perhaps with some nice Zimmerit and an oil paint wash, maybe some pastel weathering and a generous helping of mud. Yes. That would be cool.

that’s when you get sued by marvel comics. [:)]

Wild? How about Ferrari red with the appropriate decals? [:D]

Or, how about the KT “octopus” pattern?

how about this guy is just advertising for his company? and you all just bought the bait?

what am i looking at?

Just installed OSX 10.4 Tiger on my 3 Macs. The best desktop OS I have ever used!

I happen to have a Mac that I upgraded with the new OS. Not having an airbrush or a Tiger kit, I just thought it would be an interesting thought.

perhaps this topic should be discussed in a different forum then? Not an armour modelling forum?!?[XX]

It’s just a shaded and shadowed “X”. Could be done pretty easily with some tape and an airbrush. I think the 3 color ambush scheme is cooler myself though. I’ve talked to a few apple people since “Tiger” came out. I’m a berkley/SCO UNIX fan, so you know I like it [tup]. I don’t think there are any significant differences “under the hood”. OT

I think is was an attempt at a joke.
