im thinking about getting the remote controlled motorized tamiya kits, after a friend remarked to me when i explained i just finished a KT model “WHat Does IT DO?” “what is its point?” so i really want one of the motorized ones. I have built botht the tiger I and KT II kits, but which one should i buy with the motor… THey were both excelent kits, in fact I like the Tiger I better, however, ther was no wat to get the road wheels to stay on without glueing them. I see wherethis could be a problem If i want to build a motorized one. do any of you have either of the kits, if so which one would you guys recomend
Go nuts and get the Tamiya 1/16 full operation R/C Tiger I or Tiger II!
The Tiger I is actually the better model of the two, as the Tiger II is quite an old kit.
Both perform the same.

I dont quite think i can afford the 1/16 tiger, thats a bit out of my price range at $900

they come with a hand unit aswell as the kit

The Tiger II road wheel arrangement might have less friction, just a thought. Greg.
