Tiger 1 Mid finished pics

Here it is finally. Few notes for this build are hand spun zimmeret, Fruils and Eduard barrell. The tracks are not fully weathered since I will probally be pulling them off and slapping them on something that fits together right in thenear future.

What an excellent job on this one, Chris, inside and out…

Regards, Dan

Beautiful build Chris! The interior is super. Semper Fi, mike

Beautiful job, Chris–I am envious. Is it an Academy model? I didn’t realize they did a Mid-Production with Interior. Excellent job on the Zimmerit, too–what kind of putty did you use? I like the camo job…

Well, Chris, I really admire you for finishing this build. Nothing more to add that we haven’t already said in your previous thread. Too bad about those alignment issues. I would definitely salvage those AM goodies and use them on the next Tiger. Good job and your perserverance is to be congratulated.

Steve

Nice work, man i hate you couldnt fix that alignment problem.Because thats a very nice build you did there.I had the same problem but was able to fix it. Give it another try at fixing it before you scrap that cat.Just to good of a build to scrap. But very nice and good luck in solveing that problem.nice work

Great Job!!

Beautiful job on the Mid production Tiger. Thanx for sharing. Bryan

Excellent! Great “hand spun” zimmerit!
Fine work on both the exterior and interior.

beautiful Tiger!!

That interior looks great!

Thanks guys.

kernop- looked at it from every way possible to fix it and just is not possible with out messing witht he mg ball or the driver vision port. Looks liek it will just be a interior display model.

Nice looking Tiger and your zim turned out fine. I still haven’t the guts to try it myself, but will eneviatebly give it a shot someday.

[:D] hi Chris,very nice job on the tiger,looks great.[:D]

looks good. watch out for your airbrush splattering though.

Thanks again guys.

Eric - Was not really that hard. Alot easier than I thought it would be.

Matt - yup, still trying to get that problem worked out.

Forgot to ask which putty you used?

nice looking kitty!![:)]

the interior really has come off well indeed.

can i ask what alignment problems you had? sorry i must have missed it before.
just post the link to a previous thread etc if you can; i have this kit in my stash and am keen to hear of any pitfalls.

nice zimm…i’m still “zimm-aphobic” !!![:0][(-D]

Inside and out, an inspiring job. Well done Chris.

Hey Chris,
Very nice job! [tup][tup].
My hat is off to anyone who does zimmerit. I have the same disease as nmayhew. I, also am a zimm-aphobic[:I][:(].
Really like your camouflage.
