Anyone have any ideas to create wire harness tie straps in 1/32? At first, I used black thread. That in itself seems to look good. I used white glue dilited in water and that flat didn’t work as it wasn’t strong enough. So, I resorted to attaching it with thin super glue and now I have black tie straps with a very faint white look to them. Ya know, the CA look!
Any ideas?

foil strips or hollowed out styrene tubing of the appropiete size
I tired foil strips and they were too thin to be able to get around the wires.
I’m not sure what you mean by syrene tubing. Can tubing be purchased that small and at such a small gauge? Or are you finding or thinking of other sources for this other than modeling?
Why not jewlers wire?
Comes in many different guages and diameters. Just a matter of finding a good supplier.
Or even micro soldier might work (radio shack)
