They better get a few more 17s to live up to “largest gathering”. I’d like to see a few more than they had a few years ago. 9, all flying together…That was so cool, I didn’t know wether to s^%t or go blind!!!
I may go this year, just to see the 262. That’s about the only thing I haven’t seen flying yet.
Fermis…We were supposed to have that 262 fly in at the NAS Wildwood Airfest in Southern New Jersey last year but didn`t show…CollinsFoundation “person” stated engine trouble which ruined my day. Nine O Nine and Witchcraft were there along with a P-51C 2 seater, as they are every year…really wanted to see a flying Swalbe!
I’d love to go, nearly went last year. Would anyone like to plan a FSM get together at the event this year?
