Ok… so I have lots of pictures of aircraft from various flight museums and airshows I would love to share with the FSM community. My question is… how do I “host” my own pics? I am pretty sure I have some stuff many of you would like to see. HEEEELLPPP!![:p]
Unknowmpharoah - you’ll find the answer here http://finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2331 If you click on the photo icon (4th from right above “color” choice, click between the 2 sets of brackets & type in the url, from whichever place they are hosted. Hope this helps !
First you need a web server (I don’t think you want the entire world accessing your PC hard drive) and a domain name, then find some gallery software and set it up…
OR go here: http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2331
post your images per the instructions and link to them.
Thelink will have to be altered to display properly:
Here is the link copied from the address bar:

To make it display as an image in a post you need to put it in “Image tags”
This sounds complicated but it really isn’t.
Looks like me and Pix were on the same page!
Thanks claymore, I went back and fixed my “roll bar padding” post in autos, I wont change the “Bird of Prey” post since you put them in, but I think I can do it now[:)]
You’re welcome Tim.
