but only in Rochester, NY. The guys in Buffalo and Ottawa are way better.
If you are interested in small armor, go to BUFFCON in April. These guys are good.
If you are interested in placing in small armor, go to ROCON in September, and if
you place, go to NOREASTCON at the same place the following spring (05).
I like to build small armor, and I’m currently dabbling in 35th scale armor. My interests are softskins and tanks with large guns. I switch between these two extremes from kit to kit.
Glad to have you with us[^] There are many people here in the forum that share your subject[8D] I’m a wingy thingy myself[:p] Maybe someday I’ll try a tank[%-)]
Mr. Small Armor, I [#welcome] you to the Forums! I also am a big Small Armor builder. In my IPMS club (and only there!) I’m called the King of Small Armor since I have almost 400 of the 1/72 and 1/76 scale kits built. [:O][swg] They range from small jeeps and motorcycles all the way up to the latest and greatest modern main battle tanks.
I look forward to seeing some of your work in the Armor Forums! [8D][tup]
Ah, Rochester…had it not been for FineScale, I’d be living there right now. Welcome to the forums, Grant, and remember: it’s not just about size. Armor, armor…I’m talking about armor!
