Looking great, Pix!
Thanks, J-Hulk !
The Future goes on today. Won’t be long now, 'till its finished !
Look’s great Pix! Have you rented a storage garage to display it in yet??lol[}:)]
stunning work Pix, looks like ‘babe rufe’ is on the home run. one question tho. how do you build so quick?. that project would have taken me all year and it wouldn’t look half as good as yours. cheers for sharing.
Greg
Hey Pix,
Again, I am speachless as usual w/ your work(You can make the check out to Mike b…[:p][;)])
So after building this scale, will you think of staying brail scale or mixing it up a bit?
Any how again the Rufe looks great. I especially like the interior and the way you made it up. For me the interior is my bread and butter[:p][;)].
By reading what you have wrote in your last posts, do you see really see any big hang ups, fit problems ect??
Nice job my friend!! Cant wait to see the finished product.
Flaps up, Mike
Thanks therriman, gregers, & Butz !
therriman - if I get any more of these kits (and I may), I’ll definately have to consider alternate display space !
gregers - I’m disabled, and taking the semester off from school because of an injury. I get to spend an average of eight to ten hours a day “at the bench.” I don’t have much in the way of distractions, so I can concentrate on what I want to do.
Butz - I still have quite a few 1/48 kits to build. I must say that I’m very tempted. Trumpeter’s 1/24 Bf 109G-2 looks appealing to me (plus I have Verlinden’s Lock-On book with beautiful color pics of “Black 6” when she was still flying. GREAT book !). A lot of their 1/32 kits look nice, also (MiG 3, P-38). Add to that Hasegawa’s recent Bf 109 & FW 190 A & D kits…This is my first “stray” from 1/48, and I don’t know how my models would look displayed.
I’m building this kit for an On-Line Build at IPMS USA. I go into a bit of detail about the kit here.

There’s more pics & info there than I can go into here.
Thanks again, & I’m glad you like the Rufe so far.
