the surface was primed but the white spry i used came out with blotches bubbles runs you name it for errors re did it with new can came out right
as i said in the title 1st can in 3 decades anyone else ever in the same boat before
Never had that problem, but if contact Tamiya maybe they’ll give you a refund or something.
