Yes my friends, the stuffing is done and the Goose is really starting to cook. Soon I shall be working on the gravy and trimmings.
The next question is “What to have for dessert?”
[:D]
Looking “well done” for such a “rare” aircraft, Swanny ! Keep the oven on.
Too bad they don’t make a 1/48 Piper Navajo then you could have a sweet potato for desert! You’re doing a fantastic job with this. As always my hats off to you and I stand in awe at your building skills.
Hey Swanny;
looking good, so are you making her a Civil aircraft or wearing Navy’s clothing?
She will be a civilian Goose in Alaskan Airlines livery.
Good progress on the Goose. Can’t wait for the serving!!
the word fantastic comes to mind.

She’s coming along great!!!
Okay, so we have the goose - where’s the gander??[}:)]
I’ll have a slice of that when you’re done!

Put it in RCAF markings and call it a Canadian Goose[(-D]
Nice work Swanny.
Scott
Mmmmm… something looks good!!!
yum-yum! as a flying boat fanatic,(as well as a Bohemian who’s enjoyed his share of goose, dumplings and gravy!) i applaud your efforts, though i don’t know which goose we have here-is it the czech model 1/48 scale or the sword 1/72? and speaking of sword kits, how do you like the molding quality? i’ve built their 1/72 N-9-M and am currently working on their sikorsky S-43, and i must say, the molding quality of these kits was less than fabulous…anyhoo, looks gorgeous, carry on!
See my site for a complete review of the Czech Goose and review of the Sword S-43. How do you like that Sikorsky boat anyway? It sure looked nice in the box.
She’s definitely taking shape Swanny. Can’t wait to see her when she’s done.Just sitting up here on duty and reading Tony Schnurr’s article in FSM.We were on a course together years back.I digress, lookin’ good. Can’t wait for the finished product.
JJ.
Looking good, Swanny.
