“CAVE PAINTING PERIOD” 13. If anybody wants me, I’ll be downstairs airbrushing on my model for a while (LOL, for a while, LOL, that’s rich.) “The Cave Painting Period”.
Ok, this brought a smile to my face. Although, I now see I ahve done it all wrong.
Infancy period–check
Enlightenment Period–skipped
Gluttony Period–skipped [revisited later on]
Insanity Period–skipping and jumping ahead.
As for the rest, I have hit all of those, my problem is that I found Renaissance - Cashless all at the same time. And I haven’t yet hit the Humility Period, however I am in the pre-Humility period [entered IPMS Regionals]
2 thru 4; yep, what a waste. Looks like what I did.
5 is what I DID
Skipped 6, always did 7.
Don’t remember where 8 came in.
I think 9 has always been there.
10 is presently confined to kit parts. I like to construct/improvise my own instead of using other’s work.
11 is yet to be seen, but may be seen in the future (I like being able to bring kit tracks to life).
12 Well, being on this forum is actually more satisfying (to me) than the contests. I wind up going to contests largely for the kit bargains and to see other’s work up close.
I’m in the Early Baroque era of my modeling. Many many new ways of doing things, new pathways, new ideas. New forms and styes, all opening before me, but it does not mean I can take full advantage of them yet.
Whoa! that is right on. i haven’t quite made it to 11 yet but am putting some AFV club tracks on an M5. Not to 12 either, have entered some local contests. Have made it to FSM Reader Gallery and my son is in a rock band but I think that is my zenith so I will give props to the doog and disastermaster, I enjoy your work gentlemen!
