What size is the pipe fitting for air hose on body of compressor?
Took it to NAPA to try fittings from bins and still couldn’t figure it out.
Bought set of nozzles for this (fine, medium and large).
Which nozzle will be most clog free?
Thanks
The kit is supposed to come with a 6 foot hose that should fit the compressor. If you want to connect an airbrush to the other end that isn’t a Testors, you will need an adapter. Which one depends on the brand of airbrush.
Most airbrush compressors use either a 1/8 or 1/4 inch fitting. The fittings at NAPA are likely all metric.

Many of the bigger hardware and building supply stores carry a pretty good selection of such fittings. There are a Home Depot, a Menards, and a Lowes within half a mile of me (and of each other) and they all carry those fittings.

Thank you both for your responses!
Adapter that Paasche sent us doesn’t fit.
Going to use airbrush it came with for the time being.
Will do the big thinning acrylic and using airbrush cleaner
when done tests.
Getting Testors Acrylic Thinner and Airbrush Cleaner plus
fresh Acrylic paint.
Will let you know finally what thread size Testors compressor
is later.
Thanks

if you have ace hardware “nuts and bolts” in your area thats a great place, if they dont have it you dont need it…lol

Thanks!
Going to leave things ‘as is’ for now.
Just use the Testors airbrush with it’s compressor.
Have a new Badger 250 and will just wait and
get a Harbor Freight compressor for that.
Will look in Ace Hardware later, just curious what
thread size that really is.

You’ll need an adaptor for that too.
Most likely something like this: http://www.chicagoairbrushsupply.com/adgroriwaito.html (1/8" outlet to Badger air hose)
or this: http://www.hobbylinc.com/badger-compressor-adapter-1:4-airbrush-accessory-50-023 (1/4" outlet to Badger air hose)

Thanks!
I think I have the 1/4" pipe to Paasche adapter.
Badger 250 manual said drill hole in it for tankless
compressor like Mighty Mini.
It does not fit threads on compressor.
I didn’t want to butcher it anyhow.

Have this resolved.
Just going to leave this kit alone and use it the way
it is for quick simple sprays with acrylic.
Can’t use this compressor with other airbrushse
because it’s ‘tankless’ type. It’s a pump only no
holding tank.
Don’t want to connect this airbrush to a tabletop or
regular compressor because it’s not made to work with one really.
I think it has a relief valve in it. It loses excess pressure while your using it.
