Thanks for the pics, i wish we had something like Bovington in NZ. real live tanks are fairly rare here. I have never seen one moving in real life(sigh) oh well, Bovington on the OE i think.[:D]
I’m still trying to get the “SS”'s sorted out on Sherman suspensions. Can someone tell me which one is on the Sherman in the picture? I think its HVSS, but that just a WAG. Thanks.
What is the deal with the french not letting him look at the engine compartment , could they not tell he wasn’t some schmoe off the street ? Were they hiding some kind of military secret ?[;)] Thats just ridiculous and yet another reason to dislike the french , ( and I am part french BTW , but the swede offsets it !) Anyhow they have done an excellent job on the restore , a little tuneup and she should be almost as good as new ! Very kool ![8D]
The cameras my dads Fuji Finepix S5000 its a great camera, he was lucky he got it back
some of the others are taken with a Kyocera finecam S3, (that i want to get rid of and get a Fuji Finepix S5000)
I would be lucky to see half of that in my life!
That must have been a huge festival. The only tanks I’ve seen are Shermans, a Churchill, a Centurion, and some small Brittish APC’s[;)]
