For German vehicles does anyone know what type of wood is used for the jacking blocks and tool handles?
Or more specifically…if I wanted to model with REAL wood, what type would match best to the real deal?
Kinda of an obscure question, but with my Eduard PE set it’s easier to use real wood than re-work the plastic jack blocks
I just bought a piece of Blasa wood and a “weather it wood kit” for this very purpose.
