very interesting post, I have been to the one outside Kabul, Afghanistan. It is filled with BMP, BRDM, BTR and some T55/T62 tanks. It was probably the source for spare parts for the mechanized and tank battalions the ANA was operating, although I’ve heard they have fielded some Western equipment now, M113s and Leopard I.
