just finished this right now paint still wet heh, this is oob and was a real easy and pleasurable build im aware of the accutacy issues and the tracks being wrong but what the hey it still looks good to me,
it was painted with mm acrylics and then weathered with oils.

about the weathering, the green i used was also dark to begin with then after a light dry brushing with titanium white oil paints it received many washes and filters until it looked faded like it does,
the mud was made useing nutmeg brown craft paint from walmart the apple barrel brand then i mixed a little fine sand and baking soda in for texture and simply stippled it on did a little dry brushing and a wash and it turned out pretty decent i thought, hope this makes a little sense if not ask ill try again.

Do you by chance live near, or will you be traveling though Alabama any time soon? If you are I will gladly take my tiger out of the trash and let you show me how to do a proper job of weathering it. Otherwise I think I need to stick to 1/48 aircraft.[banghead]
