Tamiya MRC Time Capsule Diorama

I went to my LHS today and I saw this, the Tamiya MRC Time Capsule 1/35 scale Plastic Diorama Kit. They had kit’s 610-Dunkirk, 630-Berlin Headquarters, and 640-Leningrad Winter. These are old/vintage kits, and he was charging $20.00 each. Long story short I decided not to buy one, because I felt he was badly overcharging.

Though now I’m wondering if anyone has ever built one of these “Time Capsule’s,” and if they are rare/valuable. And thus worth the $20 dollars.[?] If anyone has info it would be greatly appreciated.[:)]

As a collectible, it might be worth $20. As a kit, hardly worth the $5 starting price on the e-bay link. These came out in the mid 70’s. Tamiya’s figures of the period are notoriously bad. Step away from the kit and no one gets hurt.
