Can some help me i want to do my first tamiya kit right. In the painting instructions example is XF-5:1 +XF-21:3 +XF-65:1 I are these mixing porportions???
You are correct they are the parts of Tamiya colors to each other.
Yes they are, for Tamiya paints. Mix one part XF-5, three parts XF-21 & 0ne part XF-65 to get the color Tamiya is referencing.
