I recently bought one of these Hanomags, but I think I’m going crazy. I can’t figure out how to get this piece to correctly fit in the hole on the side of the front on the Hanomag. For reference, the piece is A34. Here is a picture of the piece and the hole it’s supposed to go into. I’d really appreciate some help. Thanks.

Dylan: take a look at this box art and look just above the muffler/exhaust pipe. That’s how it should look on the driver’s side.
the insert should have the “bulge” torward the rear and be perpendicular to the ground, with the opening on the bottom.
Look close at box art, see if you can identify the part and hole it may fit into, looks like the cover over the muffler but that seems odd. Your not crazy sometimes things just don’t,t look right until they’re together . we all have duh moments good luck

Does that piece belong on that side?
