What’s the difference between Tamiya 3200 Red Ball Express, and the older Tamiya 2600, other than 3200 being newer and more expensive.

The Red Ball Express kit includes a couple figures, gear for a load, and a few other extra pieces; 1 extra sprue worth, and different decals. Other than that, they are the same.

Exactly, the Red Ball Express kit consists of:

1 #35218 2.5 tons 6x6 Cargo truck kit

1 #35229 Allied vehicle accessories set

and a couple of figures.
