Ok - is the Tamiya Clear that comes in the jar for all paint types - including Acrylic paint? (cos it states it on the jar but it seems very thick). What about the Tamiya Clear in the Spray can - is that for all paint types?
And for interest sakes - what is Tamiya Clear made of specifically?
I don’t know about the stuff in the jar, but the spray can is laquer, and I wouldn’t recommen using it over acrylic or enamel. You may get away with it using very light coats. But it is risky.

In the book How to Use an Airbrush they use Tamiya clear orange to make motorcycle exuast pipes look heated. I just bought Tamiya red and green clear for the lights on aircraft. I know nothing of the spray can but this is what I know it can be used for.
