Does Tamiya WW2 planes propeller spin?
They typically include the rubber washer designed to affix to the shaft which should allow them to spin.
A number of their 1/48 aircraft come with small motors. They are the regular 1/48 kit with the motorizing equipment added. Some have a kind of diorama base too. These are called “Prop Action” kits. They can be picked up for a bargain on Ebay since many people think they are less accurate than the regular kit, but they are just as accurate.
