Thanks, Snowy…I’ll try with the denatured stuff, and if I see that it’s not working well, immediately ( flow, dry tips, leveling, etc), I’ll get the Tamiya thinner that you nd soem others have recommended. What do you think of the lacquer thinner everyone’s talking about here? Is the odor of the lacquer too overwhelming? I wanted to try acrylic to get rid of that .
I think it’s great that these guys are getting the results they are and more power to em, but I think I’ll just stick to my normal Tamiya thinner, it works well for me and I’m happier knowing it’s at least a little friendler. [:)]
