Tamiya 1/72 P-47 completed.

This is Tamiya’s 1/72 P-47D Bubbletop Thunderbolt.

Please comment!

Hey I know that plane! I ercently built the Tamiya 1/48 Tbolt in those markings. If the small one is anything like the 1/48 kit, then its a nice one. Good job though. One thing however-you might want to put the bomb racks on the undersides of the wings-that is what those oval shaped gaps are

yea i might put them on but im really lazy…

Woah, that’s a sharp looking jug [tup]

And recessed lines in 1/72, too… (damn you Revell! [;)])

Waitaminnit, 1/72? You got some small hands… lol

Very well done on the Jug! [8D]

Nice build, Jacov. She looks as solid as the real thing! Coll scheme, too/

thanks for the cooments, everyone!

Very well done, are the stripes decals? Any fit or problems with the build?

Nice job! That cowl is excellent!

Good build of the little Jug. Thanks for sharing.

Regards, Rick

thanks again for the nice comments!

there were absolutely no problems with this kit that I noticed. it was one of the most perfect kits i’ve ever built.

Beautiful Jug Jacob. [tup][tup][tup]

Nice work Jacob! Your NMF is quite well done, what did you use for that?

I think adding the wing pylons and wing MG tubes would really help. Very nice job! [tup]

I agree with all the other comments. Very nice stuff Jacob, but it could be made sweeter still with the Pylons and gun tubes. Maybe a dark wash in the gear bays? They get rearly grubby.

I used Krylon flat aluminum.

Nice job!

Oh… nice and thin trailing edge on the wing. Small scale airplane models have the trailing edge way too thick most of the time. Yours looks teriffic.

Nice work on the Jug, my favorite WW-II airplane.
