Tamiya 1/72 F-4G

Hi All,

I’ve recently been looking into some Weasel action and was offered a Tamiya 1/72 F-4G.

Has anyone out there had experience of his kit?

Is it accurate and more importantly how does it measure up to the out of production Hasegawa offering?

Watch out, if you’ve found this kit on the web it’s probably one of the japanese-market reboxes of the Italieri kit. I bought their F-4S and it doesn’t come close to the recent hasegawa toolings. I too have been after a 1/72 F-4G and can’t find the Hasegawa. If Academy offers one, their recent toolings are fantastic for the price. The only 1/72 scale jets that I know of that are actually Tamiya toolings are the Skyray and Thunderjet.
