Nice job on the old girl. if you would like a more thorough critique of your work, post some more photos from various angles, preferably on a clean background. LIke said above you appear to have most of the basics down, but if you want to improve your skills, more photos will help. One thing I do see on the figures is mold seam lines. Those can be easily removed with needle files of a hobby knife on your next project. I can not tell from this photo, but the muzzles of the kit machine guns and ends of the exhaust pipes, are they hollowed out? This is something you can do to also improve the appearance. I am not detracting from your work here, but giving tips for your next project. Keep up the good work!

Hey, dont be afraid of criticism, there are real Jedi hobbyists around here you can learn a lot (not me).
It looks well built overall, but somethings dont look right. If you are going to weather, rust the wheels, then you need to weather the complete tank. I see the bottom dirtym but the top part, perfectly clean as well as the figures look to bright and clean. So, either completely clean or completely dirty. But thats just me, keep exercising building more and more.

I see a large seam at the front of the hull (glacis) and the barrel tip shouldn’t be blackened.

Nice job on your Panther, I echo everyone’s comments with one addition. A tank that is in use will have very little if any rust on the tracks. You may want to try drybrushing some metallics on your treads. I hope this will also help you and not be overwhelming.
