Looks like you have quit a bit of fun ahead of you, your finished stuff looks great. Thanks for posting.

All the things with wheels I have built since getting back into the hobby are found here http://lizardsworkshop.50megs.com/auto.html Only a couple so far that I have been real happy with though.

Here is a picture of my collection of unbuilt bikes

[#welcome] to the FSM forum Bikemodeler. All I see is the tripod logo as your pic.

Chris: amazing job on the 57 vette, and absolutely spectacular oldschool nascar racer [:D]
FIREMODELMAN, aka Dave, you live up to the name [:)]

I don’t have a shot of my whole collection, but here are the last three I’ve completed

Tamiya’s scale Jaguar Mk. II, JoHan’s Chrysler Turbine Car, and Revell-Monogram’s '66 Pontiac GTO.

The GTO will be featured in an upcoming issue of FSM’s sister publication, Scale Auto.

I hope you like 'em!

G’day,

The Renault is mine from the Tamiya 24 scale, the other two are both43 scale Heller and they were built for a customer. The other 5 cars kits in my collection are still in their boxes. Aircraft are my model subjects.

Rob.

Matt they are a nice trio.

Hey Lobbie, they look good too.

I enjoyed my Renault A110 build, another nice Tamya kit. I got some CB Com decals (I think) and made it into a Monte Carlo car. The 2 Paris Dakar Peugeots look nice too. The enlarged photo is about 3 times the size of the actual completed model and so if it looks good at that magnification it must be good.

Could I make a suggestion? (Well I will anyway!) Try a black wash in the panel lines and radiator grille. I think you’ll find that it just adds that final effect that will transform the model, espcially at 1/43rd. I use a mixture of about 6 drops of matt black acrylic, 10 drops of water and 1 drop of dish washing liquid (to make it run). Brushed into the panel line and after less than a minute its dry. I cut a chisel edge into a wooden tooth pick and use that to remove any overflow. The wooden edge is sharp enough to remove the wash but isn’t hard enough to gouge into the paint.

Guy’s,

I posted earlier of the Renault and 2 Peuguot’s, well this photo is of a 1/43 Alpha Romeo ‘Bi Motore’ of 1935. 100% white metal, this has been given to me a short time ago, as a contract build. I dare not take the parts out of the bags as yet.

Rob.

Lobbie,

Is this the Top Queens kit with the lift off body showing the engine and chassis detail?

let me say this. awesome builds all. make my feeble attempts at auto look sad.

I’ll post pictures of a kitbashed 1:25 Dodge Dart GT soon.

I’ve only been building car models for the last six months so I don’t have many in my collection. Here are a couple of pictures that I posted in another thread earlier today.

The 350Z is in progress but almost done. I also am working on an Enzo Ferrari and a couple of Winston Cup I mean Nextel cup cars. Give me some time and I will have a good collection.
