Ok I am stilling building a liberary so I need to ask, what is the difference between the T-60 and T-70? I can see that the turret is different and a few other details. But, were there any significant hull, running gear, size differences?

I did a quick comparison of the two on Wikipedia. The differences between the two are in weight, armor, primary armament, power/weight ratio, and operational range.
T60 weighs 5.8 tonnes, has 7mm to 20mm armor, and its primary armament is a 20mm cannon. T70 weighs 9.2 tonnes, has 60mm armor, and a 45mm gun.
But T60 beats T70 in automotive performance, due to a greater power to weight ratio (same engine), and has a 90km higher operational range.
Looks like the sizes and speeds of the two were pretty close, and they both had a torsion bar suspension and a 2-man crew.
