Tamiya T-55A, straight out of the box. Pictures taken with my iPhone in a light booth. Fun and easy model, falls together, the only pain in the butt is the DShK heavy machine gun. If you want to pain that gun well, you have to paint it with pieces and then put it together after painting. Absolute pain in the butt.

I’ve got that kit.
Nice clean OOB here.
Won’t be “that” nice when I get through with it though.

Excellent! That MG may have been a pain in the butt, but it looks great. The whole model is very well done. Are those Polish markings?
Very nicely done.[Y][Y]

Really nice work there MZ! Are those the kit ‘rubber band’ tracks? You did a great job getting them to lie properly if so.
Yes, this is a Polish tank. This tank model had a very long service life in Poland. When Poland declared martial law in 1981 those tanks were still in the service patrolling streets.
Really well done. Super clean on the assembly skills.Wish I had those.
That is a great kit, I always reccomend it in the “want to try a tank model” type of questions.
It does benefit from a set of metal tracks. To get the right sag in the long return run.
Thanks for posting.
Very nice job.
The MG looks great as does the track sag.
Wow, awesome job, MonsterZero! Looks like everything came out perfectly. That is such a great kit - I’m going to have to grab a few more of them! [:D]
Great pic’s. fantistic build… need this in 1:48
Thanks for the advice on the gun.
Oh, and also! That looks great! You did an awesome job! I give it[Y][Y]!!!
