I am wondering if there are any surplus stores in Edmonton other than the one in West-Edmonton-Mall. Also, if anyone has been to them, tell me what they are like.

The only one that I am aware of , is in the West Edmonton Mall . In Calgary , there was a place called " Crown Surplus " . ( I’m not sure if it is still there , it’s been awhile , since I have been there . ) If there is something in particular , that you are looking , try Ebay , or SGT. Thanks for the info, I’ve been to the store in West ed. and was a little disappointed in their selection (mainly east and west german stuff, which is not very rare) Their prices were a little, well, pricey as well. But I do abmire that store because I bought my first military item there, which was a British helmet.
i have been to the one in calgary, it’s still there i think, last time i was there was a few years ago. it is pricy, i got a russian hat for $40.
last summer i was in vancouver, there was a surplus store with stuff REALLY CHEAP like $10-$20 for pants and coats. i got a german coat, french paratrooper pants, US (marines i think, looks like vietnam era) coat, german pants, 50 cal box, and a camo hat. we use it for hunting. i see you live in rocky mountain house, we hunt in nordeg and stay at the super 8 in rocky. i got a muley buck with 3 points on each side last year, my first deer.
