So I suppose the beginning of december is best for most here.
adrake- would that work for you?

December sounds good to me too.
Sounds like tons of fun, and loads of hours . I think that you can count me in. I have a Bf-109 that I have been dreaming about adding the works to, engine, radio compartment, flight control lines/ rods, etc. Might even go the totally Uber Crazy route and do a cut away type mod. Not totally sure about that though. But please count me in on this one especally if the start date isnt until December sometime. [:)]
Edit : Sounds like fun, and I guess that I have contracted a sever case of AMS (Advanced Modeler syndrome) [B)]
I too am interested. I’ve got a Hasegawa G3M3 Nell and Eduard PE, Engine&things Engines, ect. I suppose that = a super detailed project[(-D]
Barely. [:D]
I’m thinking of doing a dragon armor kit OOB, that counts as super detailed right? [:p]
LOL. I am probably going to do my T-34 with Trakz resin interior and Aber PE. Maybe friulmodel tracks too, dunno. Or my fw-190 d9 with aires detail set.
Well, I’d like to get started on the Hind soon, but I’ll enter this group build with another model… probably a Skif BMP-3. I’m now very flexible on the start date.
excellent. Aaron I’ll add you in now.
Decision made. I’ll be doing the 1/48 Hobbycraft Sea Fury with the Cutting Edge Cockpit detail set, Cutting Edge Exterior detail set, and Squadron canopy.
I would have loved to get my hands on the Flightpath superdetail set for this kit, but at $73.00 it’s nearly 3 times the cost of the kit! [yuck][:O] Not happening.
I have a Revell 1/32 Tornado IDF with a TAC Scale resin and PE set. I may get some AM decals. December is good for me too. Let’s rock!
I could be in with a Tamia 1/35 Panzer IV Ausf J. with Eduard Zimm, Fruil tracks, and turned barrel.
Sounds like this GB is going to take off. I’ll add in my Hasegawa 1/48 Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate - skeleton version. This will be a cutaway model with engine and ribbing.
Montana, to be honest with you I’m not sure if I’d allow that. It’s borderline. The zim is supposed to be there on all of them, and the turned barrel doesn’t add much detail, so that leaves the friuls… If you get PE or something for it that would put it leaps and bounds ahead though. [:)] If not, I suppsoe it technically counts as superdetailked so you’ll be in.
Great! I’ll put the BMP-3 on hold until December, which is what the start date is looking like. To specify, I’ll be adding Eduard photoetched sheets (interior and exterior) and Model Point barrels. In addition, the interior will require lots of scratchbuilding to be accurate.
Glad this group build is starting to take off.[party]
Right now Im looking for some PE or AM for an F4F-4.The Tamiya one.Can anyone help me out?Anyone have a link?Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
The end date might be a bit too early for me… [:P] Please guys, post here so I can update the list with what you are building.
I’d be happy to join and will let you know what I will be building soon.
Richard
Excellent RSaddlemire! I will update the list as soon as I can.
If it’s alright with master tanky, I think I’ll enter my 1/48 Pro-modeller Me 410 into this build. I’m also entering it in the battle for Germany GB, so I don’t know if I’m allowed to enter it in this one too. It will definitely count as a superdetail build. I’m going to add the Aires Resin and PE cockpit set, CMK resin engine and wheel wells set and a eduard PE set for the exterior (if I can get my hands on it). I might also add a vac-formed canopy and do as much scratch building as I can. Both Gb’s start at the same time, so I don’t think it should be a problem. Can’t wait to start.
Master Tanky, eh? I like that. No probs pingy. Like i said in the other thread sharing is no problem for me here. (Normally it is but when one has to put in the effort to superdetail it you can enter it in as many GBs as you want as far as I care. [:D]) Posting from school here, how cool is that?!
