I got his off of Ebay for $12. It’s a ReBoxing of Esci/Ertl, but comes with AM resin cockpit set and a detail set of landing gear to be used “Unspatted”. I will be using neither, so again, PM me if anybody would want them.

Well, since I made the mistake of deleting a bunch of pics off of IMGUR this is what the box looks like…

Almost finished after two years…this model sent me into the building doldrums. I will post more bad picks and give a review in a few days.

I agree. That got me to thinking about my next build after finishing my Queens of the Shelf. I have a Gloster Gladiator that has skis, Finnish or Swedish markings. I had so much fun doing this bi-plane, might give it a go.
From a distance, maybe. I was gone so long from the bench it was covered with cat fur and spider webs!
Sorry for forgetting how this posting works. This is my HS 123. Not a great pic because instead of a good camera, I bought myself a new driver and 3 wood for my Xmas present to myself. Theres always next year. The kit went together great and had one of my better paint jobs until…I had to glue the top wing upon the struts. I knew it was going to not work out well for me during dry fitting. There was like a 1/8th inch gap between top wing and inner struts. It seems to me that the top wing should have had a little bend in it. But end of story…because of my mentality and past steroid abuse, I tried to make it fit. Broke inner struts, had myself a cry, let it sit for a year…
Oh, yeah, the decals suck. A lot. Unimaginable. Do not use them. Luckily, they gve you lots of Iron Crosses to use. My plane is not historically accurate by way of markings…The IC on the left was torn sometime after I put it on and didn’t realize it until I was spraying Clear. Leaving it as a scar!
