To celebrate the third (and final) film in the Star Wars prequel trilogy, we are hosting one of our build-alongs, and a contest with prizes! There are a few simple rules for the build-along, but there are fantastic prizes, including a grand prize of a Fine Molds Star Wars Jango Fett’s Slave-I kit (nearly $100 value!). Sounds cool but I’m neck deep into group builds already. Maybe if some miracle happnes.

How do you join this build along. Uhhh. …actually…what is a buildalong?

A build-along is when a group of modelers pic a subject and then build that subject at the same time. You get the support and help of your fellow modelers while you build your kit. To join you’ll need to open an account at Scalehobby.com and post in the sci-fi section what you are building. You’ll see other’s threads about their Star Wars builds.
