1/72 and resin. Out of my league. Turned out great.

Wow thats tiny. I could never accomplish that with my fat fingers and aging eyes. Great work!!

Oustanding job, Duke. You did really well on the little guy!.[tup]

Great job on the Staghound, especially in 1/72nd. Bryan

Thanks guys! Man I really appreciate all the great comments!

mmaker, I don’t really know; it may be. This was a gift to me by another Forum Member who goes by Djmodels, along with several other ressin and resin/white metal kits. This one was unmarked in the package that was sent. I’m going to challenge myself and try a resin/white metal kit next.

Matthew9, this was actually a very easy kit to do. Most of the work involved sanding off the extra resin on the bottom of the kit. That went fast with my Dremel. Then, since I didn’t have any metal tubing small enough for the barrel of the main gun as well as the hull machine guun, I just stretched some sprue to make them. I just realized I’ll need to stretch some more to mouunt an antenna. The rest was painting and weathering.

Mike, I’d love to see you give me a run for my money! I daresay, you’d probably pass me up too with your abilities! Thank you very much for the very kind comment too. I am glad that I am able to post pics that you look forward to seeing.
Thanks again everyone. I’ll post more pics of some of the rest of Domi’s gifts as I get them built.

Bumping for other 72’ers
