Squadron: 10 Dragon: big fat zero, zilch, nada...

I had purchased the Gepard 38(t) by Dragon from Squadron. As usual, it was delivered quickly. Towards the end of asembly of this chalenging little bugger, it turned out that 3 parts were deformed and couldn’t be fitted at all. So I contacted Dragon (who made it) and Squadron (who sold it) in a hope to get replacement parts.

Squadron responded the next day and I received the parts few days ago, free of charge. So, Squadron gets 10 for customer service. [Y] [t$t]

Dragon never even responded. They didn’t even say “you jackass, no parts for you!!” Nothing. Silence. Total ignorance. So they get ZERO for customer service. [N] [:(]

My experience was the complete opposite. I contacted Dragon and told them parts were missing for an older kit I was building. They told me they will try to find the parts and would mail them to me as soon as they were available. A month later the parts were in my mailbox.

My experience has been like Erik’s. No response and a month later parts in my mailbox.

My experiences with Squadron customer service has always been excellent. Never dealt with Dragon so can’t comment on theirs.
