Hi all, Thought you all might like to see some sprue shots of the new Flying Macines 1/48 Fiat G.55.

The kit shows a Sotto Serie 0 Fiat G.55. My guess is the new Special Hobby 1/48 Fiat G.55 will follow in short order and the SH kit will be a series production machine.

More to come…and a much closer look…after I get my hands on one.

I have seen that Great Models Webstore is taking pre orders for the new tooled Classic Airframes too. As it seems that all this stuff is made by MPM, it is most probable we are going to enjoy a number of new boxes quickly. By the way, as we are talking of MPM, stop me if I say “tonterias” but it seems that are able to mold different brews of the same plane at the same time, owing to which brand they are bearing, for instance the 1/48 Macchi 200 from Classic Aiframes seems a bit different from the Pacific Coast Models, or am I wrong ?
