I am interested to build a homemade spray booth and I have a question about the blower, if the blower have a square outlet how I can fit a flexible white plastic vent hose to it?

A home improvement store should have an adapter that fits on that flange, then you can just clamp your hose over the round end of the adapter
It will look something like a wall mounted clothes dryer vent outlet

You need to make an adapter- a piece of plastic sewer pipe glued to a sheet of plastic with a hole cut in it may work if you can find a diameter of pipe that will fit inside the collapsible hose. Otherwise you need to use the rigid pipe all the way to the outside.

I bought a fan like that and made the mistake of thinking I could find an adapter locally. I eventually had to go back to the online place I bought it from and buy the adapter they offered as a separate item. Of course that involved another shipping charge
buy two of these
hook one up to your wall after cutting the hole (or a plywood window panel)
cut the angled part off of the other one, drill four holes, add sealant or weatherstrip to the mating edges,bolt up
then connect your hose to each end
if the outlet on your fan requires it,use the cut off sheet metal to adapt the flat outlet to the fan exhaust face
Is that motor safe to operate in a combustible atmosphere,that would be my concern,if you are spraying enamels.
Yes, that blower/motor is safe to use. The blower wheel is separated from the motor. I’m an hvac tech so if I can help with anything, let me know!!
