Does anyone have a source for a set of 1/32nd decals for a 1/32nd Spitfire Mk. I? I acquired a Revell kit which is probably older than 90% of the members of the this site; the set of instructions are dated 1967. I’m afraid the decals will not be useable. If anyone has any ideas for a replacement sheet I would certainly appreciate the information.

Hi Dick - When I am looking for decals, I always go to Ebay. Write-know for instance there are decal sets for 1/72 & 1/48 scale Spitfires. It’s just a matter of time before a 1/32 set is posted. Keep checking and with a little patience, a set will be posted that you will like. Alternatively, you can do a general search on the internet. This will yield many results, but it’s a bit more time consuming. As an example, here is a set I found just doing a quick search. the link is.

You can always try to write to Revell to request a decal set to their current 1/32 Spitfire. I nice, well written letter, might just get you those decals for free, or for a small price. I wrote to Testors (a real sob story) once when I lost the rear wheel to my 1/72 corsair and they sent me a whole new kit (except for postage I had to pay).
